Apartments above the water

Space between the northern and southern bays is limited, so many of the city's finer homes are apartments rather than villas. The best of them sit high enough to take in the strait, with the coast of Andalusia visible on clear days.

Near the Royal Walls and the port, older buildings stand beside newer ones. When you compare them, look at orientation, outdoor space, the upkeep of shared areas and how well the building is sheltered from the wind that funnels through the strait.
